You can schedule sessions in Groovesetter by filling out the required Session Information metadata and clicking the Book Session button. 

When you book a session, the session is saved in your Saved Sessions list. 

Click on the small arrow to the right of the saved session to expand and view the details of the session.  If your session has not been started yet, you will be able to Edit the session information, including adding or removing groovers invited, the session name, or project and session metadata. 

The Copy Button will allow you to make and book a duplicate copy of the session. 

Clicking on Start Groove will start the session. 

You can filter sessions by project using the Filter menu at the top of the saved session list.
