I receive “The account is active on another device” message when trying to log in

You will receive “The account is active on another device” message, if you are actively logged into the Groovesetter application on another computer, or if your application has crashed during a session or you had to force quit the application. 

IF YOU ARE LOGGED INTO ANOTHER COMPUTER

If you are attempting to log in on a different device, sign out from any other active device to continue using Groovesetter on the current machine. 

IF YOUR APPLICATION CRASHED

If your application crashed, you can click on the orange button "Logoff from all devices". This will reset your login status and open the home screen of the Groovesetter application.
