There are a few reasons that you might not see emails from @groovesetter.com. Usually, it is because they're going to your spam folder or a filter is blocking our messages.
Check the following to troubleshoot why you’re not receiving our emails:
- Make sure there are no misspellings in either your email address or the domain registered with your Groovsetter account. For example, the domain could be @gmal.com instead of @gmail.com.
- Check your spam folder(s).
NOTE: If you have marked the groovesetter.com domain as spam or blocked the address, refer to your internet service provider's (ISP) support page for steps to unblock the address or unmark it as spam. - Whitelist groovesetter.com.
If none of these actions helped, contact your internet service provider (ISP) to make sure they’re not blocking emails from no-reply@groovesetter.com.
